Recent Comfort Research Triangle Review: "Only 6 miles from RDU airport. Nice self serve breakfast. Great price. Comfortable beds! Very clean. Everything needed for a one or two nights stay while traveling. The only glitch was the wireless internet was not working when we arrived. It was not fixed till the next day, but then worked fine. There is no pool, but we did not need one, so was not a problem for us. We were very happy with our stay, and will use this hotel whenever we go through this airport."

| For the most part this hotel met my expectations in terms of appearance, service and cleanliness.
The major letdown was the breakfast buffet. It is located in a very cramped room and had a very poor selection of breakfast items. I even noticed a little bit of mold on one of the bagels. Yuck...
So that you can take this review in my perspective, let me say that business travel is a necessary evil. I'm at the point where I've done enough travel to know what to expect and with most companies trying to squeeze every penny, I don't have high expectations anymore. Basically, a "good" trip does not have any negatives. Anything negative only serves to take away from the experience.
The breakfast buffet issue above was far enough below my expectations that I felt that it should be noted. I would stay somewhere else next time. |

| The hotel is like the ONLY thing on this exit other than other hotels. lol. No resturants or anything like that on this exit, but it was close to UNC Hospital, which is where we needed to be the next day! There was not a remote in our room to the tv, but the front desk gladly brought us one asap. Even brought up the crib (packnplay) for our daughter, which was BRAND NEW. She was the very 1st to sleep in it! Which was extremely nice. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was terribly small, but countertops were very fancy! Lots of counterspace! Fridge, microwave! Everything worked great. I would def stay there again! |

| Just needed room for one night & it was great. Breakfast was good as well. Could tell hotel was older but it still had great things like
microwave and refrigerator. I would do it again for sure. |

| The room was clean with a modern design. The onsite fitness room was a plus. And it was near the front desk. This made me feel safe if I was working out along. The
continental breakfast was above average.
Very accessible off hwy40 exit ramp. Close to nearby eateries. A nice place to for a lay over. This is a small facility. Nice and cozy |

| My room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. Unfortunately, either the rooms are made with paper walls or their was a frat party in the hallway. Another Comfort Inn I stayed in was the same way, maybe it's a common thing. Otherwise I have no complaints. |

| The hotel was OK. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, the eating area, and the stair well. This is where the continental breakfast was, so the smell also put a damper on the breakfast. My room smelled fine though, and was nicely furnished and clean. No complaints about the room or staff. If they could just get that smell out of the lobby and eating area!! Second floor was a non-smoking floor so the hallway smelled fine. |

| We were greeted by friendly faces. Room was clean and spacious. It contained all necessary toiletries and included a continental breakfast that was over an above just coffee and danishes. Would stay again. |

| Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a very warm smile from the front desk clerk. The check-in process went quickly. The room was larger than expected and the beds were phenomenally comfortable. Each queen bed had a pillow-top mattress and four very comfortable pillows. My only gripe was that because they were renovating some of the rooms next to us we had to call down to the front desk to get our hot water turned on. Other than a small inconvenience, my stay was pleasant. And the continental morning breakfast was actually pretty satisfying. Overall, the place was a steal for what we got a room for. |
