Recent Comfort University Review: "Had a great stay. Rooms very clean, staff excellent and friendly. Only difficulty was that our car was broken into during the night however the staff were more than helpful in sorting it out and contacting police etc. Overall very pleased and suspect the burglary was a spur of the moment crime as other cars at connecting hotels in the area were hit. Would be more than happy to stay here again."

| We were able to check in early because we arrived earlier than expected. Wanda was so pleasant and willing to assist us. The room was very nice and quiet and the Internet worked right away. The florescent bulbs in the bathroom flickered and maintenance fixed them right away with no problem. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast! Yea. |

| Fantastic stay for a business trip. The pool is just 'ok', and the weight room is rather useless (treadmill broke, free weight machines needing required accessories to work properly), but the room itself was very comfortable, the hotel staff FANTASTIC, the breakfast buffet (free) was very good, and the location very convenient to the university and for the price, even better. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody! |

| The clerk was very helpful. We arrived one day early and they were booked so she called down the road to another hotel to see if they had any rooms available.
Great hotel for the price.
Only disappointment was there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Would stay there again. |

| This Comfort Inn is much like any other Comfort Inn. The room was clean -but, like every other Comfort Inn, did have one burned out light bulb. The staff was pretty helpful and the night manager really helped out to get us a room close to a door (my wife is on oxygen and cannot walk very far comfortably). The morning breakfast was good with a very alert lady manager who was good abour keeping every item replenished and fresh.
My only real issue is that this hotel is hard to find. It is located maybe two hundred yards off a crossing street to a main drag. It may be that Durham, NC has restrictive signage ordinances, because the normal fifty foot sign was not visible. Anyway, late at night, in the dark with a light rain falling, in an area that was new to me, I had some difficulty finding the hotel. The night manager- same night manager who helped us above- answered the phone and gave me good directions as I got closer and closer; so we did get there all right.
About what we expected; good enough; we'll stay there again. |

| There were about 14 people at breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and the food kept running out. It took 10-15 minutes to resupply. |
