| Good things: The staff was very friendly, breakfast had lots of options, the rooms were nice & big, the bed was very comfortable, they had a hotel shuttle... Not so good things: I had to stay in 2 diff rooms during my 3 night stay here. Why? My first room was located on the first floor with my window looking out to the back of the hotel which was facing some type of wooded area. I noticed a couple of ants on the air conditioning unit. While I'm deathly afraid of bugs, this really didn't bother me because I figured, first floor.. wooded area.. windows you can open.. what do you expect? But then I noticed ants in the bathroom AND on the nightstand & I was about to freak out. So I asked for a new room, & they were very understanding & changed my room w/no questions asked. (I went from the studio suite to a 1 bedrm. They were the same price when I was booking & I wasn't sure which one to pick. They are both really big, nice rooms. The 1 br just has the sleeping area as a second room, so it has two tv's. The studio is just as it sounds, like a little studio apt. They are both really nice & include a little mini kitchen area w/counter space, a fridge, sink, microwave, & eating area!) Also, the windows themselves need to be cleaned. There's dead bugs, spider webs, just lots of yucky stuff that kept me from opening the windows and having fresh air blow in, & it was such a nice day! But overall, would I stay there again? YES. It's def worth the price. |

| We stayed here the night before flying home from vacation. The airport entrance is visible from the turn into the hotel, it couldn't be any closer! The hotel was great, service was fantastic, when the desk clerk heard us discussing how to get my husband back from the rental car return place he stepped in with shuttle information and advised that the hotel would pick him up at the rental car return. Only "issue" that we had was that the hotel had run out of pool towels and had no more available so we just used towels from our room. We used the business center to print our boarding passes, there was no wait and no charge. The front desk clerk was able to make change for the (very cheap) vending machines. We got a wake-up call and took an early morning shuttle to the airport, no issues at all. My husband did feel that the hotel was somewhat noisy from our room. Hotel was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves flying out of Raleigh. |

| Great started from the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out!!!! The location was well suited to the center of shopping, airport, dining and other locations throughout Raleigh. The service was excellent and a great value!!!! |

| The hotel was very nice. It had a great breakfast each morning and some of the items changed each day so we really enjoyed that. It was a large breakfast area. They also had cookies out all day everyday which our child really liked. The staff was nice and helpful. Also offered was a 5-7:30 reception Monday-Thursday where they served some food and drinks. We really looked forward to that. They pool was nice and warm. The hotel was clean and was in a fine area. The only downside is that it is close to the airport and planes fly over the hotel. Even though there were planes flying over you really could not hear them while in your rooms or at night when trying to sleep. The hotel is right of the interstate so it was easy to get to the places we needed to get to quickly. It is also not to far from restaruants and stores. We would stay there again if we were in the area. |

| Great place to stay while visiting the area. Very good hot breakfast. We loved the heated indoor pool. |

| Check in was courteous, the room was clean, comfortable and the bed was comfortable. As a bonus, you can open the window and let in fresh air. Excellent benefit. The shower curtain could be a little longer and the breakfast was what you would expect but that's really picking nits. It was a good choice. |

| Clean, comfortable decent room, didn't really make use of any services. Clean and nice pool (although too cold) and hot tub. Free shuttle back to the airport. Reasonable price. Only complaint, the walls between the rooms had no sound deadening, I could hear every word someone said in the next room when they spoke at normal conversation level. Free wifi, reasonable speed. |

| After reading another review about the area I decided to look at the hotel before we booked. It's just off the highway right down from the airport amongst other hotels. It's far enough away from downtown Durham (which is a dump) so there is no worries. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was good. No roaches or bed bugs like other chains in the area and the room was very clean and spacious. Kitchenette was very helpful with a toddler being messy. Decent size mini fridge and microwave was a plus. About a ten minute drive from Duke so that was a plus. I would stay here again for sure. It may not be ideal for those without transportation but I saw shuttle buses out front regularly. If you are looking for a clean place and have your own car, stay here. Can't beat it for the price. |
