| The remote would not work TV in our room. I reported the situation to the front desk. Staff brought us another remote. Neither one would work. As a result, the staff transferred us to another room with a working TV and remote. Both rooms were clean and neat. For the inconvenience of having to move to another room we were treated to a complimentary breakfast. From check-in to check-out everyone was pleasant and the service was great. |

| Friendly staff, very clean and nicely updated rooms, nice fitness center (small but clean and updated). My only complaint is no free breakfast, but if you're willing to spend the $8 for the buffet the food is good. Also no restaurant on site, but they do have snacks at front desk. Overall, VERY satisfied with the stay. |

ROOMS REFRESHED AND CLEANED DAILY.
REST ROOMS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN WITH FRESH RESTROOM LINEN EACH DAY.
STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AVAILABLE TO
ENSURE A PLEASANT STAY. |

| This was a very nice hotel conveniently located to the local mall as well as many restaurants. The room was nicely furnished and met our needs as we traveled to visit family in the area. The pool was a bit small to accomodate guests but it appeared clean and well-kept. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. |

| I had arrived before the check in time, and the front desk was extremely helpful in allowing an early check in. I had one problem with the internet cable in the room, but just one quick call and it was resolved. I would recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area!! it is close to the interstate and many restaurants and a mall! The room was spotless and the shower was a nice and HOT! something kind of rare in hotels these days.... When I was adventuring out and about in the area the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Also all the staff from the chef, to the housekeepers always were friendly and helpful. |

| I've stayed at other Courtyards before, so I had a certain level of expectation. This location reflected the same respect for detail, delivering customer service and an exceptional hotel experience. The price was very affordable, which made this stay a "no brainer". |

| as far as a nice, new, clean place to stay, for a reasonable rate, this place is it. no room service or any major ammenities to speak of but at the price level, it is a "home run" place to sleep |

| It was a great stay; clean, everything we needed, Did not thoroughly understand the breakfast we paid for; we did not take advantage of this. We love the room and we have stayed at the Wa Duke. Will be sure to share details.
