| been here about a month now ( closing on house soon, yay! ) , overall still a good value for the money, but have noticed some maintainance issues that i'll notify them of when i leave (dishwasher leaks when run, tub drips, smoke alarm is too sensitive, can't cook n the oven without setting it off...) i'll be here another three weeks, and i'll still be pretty happy with it, now that i know what to expect. love the convenience of the neighborhood, everything oyu could need in walking distance. |

| This hotel blew me away!! It was like a small apartment. Spacious multi TV and sofa and full kitchen with pots pans etc. would def come back!! |

| Very quiet, friendly responsive staff. Just wish they had a full size refrigerator rather than a half size one. |

| I have very much enjoyed my stay here, and will likely stay another week. The suite is bigger than my first apartment, so i feel like i have plenty of room. The staff have all been incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood has everything you need for an extended stay--grocery, dollar store, loads of food places, gas station...all very convenient, and at a heck of a price. |

| Hotel is nestled in a quiet area next to a mall. The rooms (living and master) were very clean. Wood furniture was scratched/need new rugs. But I was very surprised on how clean it was.
Kitchen had everything you need: range, microwave, small fridge, etc.
Bathroom was nice size.
The only thing I did not like was that it was a non smoking room and the stench from the smoke was unbearable. I came away with that smell in my clothes.
The place was quiet. Well kept.
I would stay again if I return to the area. |

| I loved staying here - it was great value because of the low price......I had a separate kitchenette and separate working/sitting area. Aside from the other tenants being loud (or perhaps thin walls) the stay was quite enjoyable. I will be staying here again. |

| Very surprised with this hotel, it was like a small apartment, my wife and daughter were comfortable, the only thing that I can complain about was the lack of towels that were in the hotel when we arrives, however the front desk was very nice in giving us more than enough towels and sheets for the pull out bed. The overall condition of the hotel wasnt bad, wasnt great but for the convience and price I will stay again. |

| In fact the rate is very competitive, unbelievable to pay such money and to have a real suit: queen bed, living room, table, and kitchen!
the hotel was so close to my workplace and was surrounding by nice shops.
However, still the think that annoyed me most which is the smell of smoke at my room and there was no homeservice. |

| The parking lot is under major repair, and that's maybe why the rate is low. Best deal in the Raleigh area. |
