Recent Days Sanford Review: "Upon arrival our room that was given to us was supposed to be non smoking king. The room had not been cleaned. Talked to the front desk and was given another room. This one smelled heavily of smoke. I booked non smoking for a reason. Talked to front desk again and was given the suite. The front desk was very apologetic and accomodating. No delays or issues in getting the situation taken care of and made right. I would stay there again."
