| The overall stay was good. As we checked in we had to wait for almost 30 minutes because something was wrong with the tax # that was on file with this website. That part i didnt much like.. |

| For what I paid, this hotel was a poor value. Although I've seen worse in terms of maintenance, it wasn't well-maintained, and the room carpet was filthy. |

| Upon arrival our room that was given to us was supposed to be non smoking king. The room had not been cleaned. Talked to the front desk and was given another room. This one smelled heavily of smoke. I booked non smoking for a reason. Talked to front desk again and was given the suite. The front desk was very apologetic and accomodating. No delays or issues in getting the situation taken care of and made right. I would stay there again. |

| The room could have been more upkept. The heat could not be regulated well and the hot water was not very hot. The size of the room was fine and the bed was fine, but the pillows were hard and flat. One of the lamps would not work and one was without a bulb. For the price we paid, it was OK. For a business traveler, or a one night stay, it would be alright. |
