| After reading previous reviews, I was expecting very little. I was pleased with the service and willingness of the staff to repair a broken shower rod. The room was clean and comfortable and the free WiFi worked great. I would definitely stay there again |

| This is not a family place, it was loud and you could hear verbal yelling and slamming doors throughout the night. We did not get room service for any of the three days we were there, and when we requested an extra blanket we were told that they couldn't find one. We expected to have more kitchen utensils than what was provided...a good option would've been a can opener or a spatula! Recommended for a single man whos a heavy sleeper away on business who eats out! |

| Actually my room was clean, but the first two rooms they assigned me too were not. It seemed to be a housekeeping problem because they had been marked as clean by the staff but were not. Or maybe it's a management problem because someone needs to check to make sure they really are clean? The desk clerks were very pleasant and apologetic. The location was safe and quiet. I would consider staying here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. |

| I was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I only stayed one night, but I could see being comfortable for a week. The kitchen was nicely set up. The customer service was not the best I ever had, but I didn't check in until midnight and we were all tired.Close to a few restaurants and easy to navigate back into downtown Durham. Overall - for the $, I would recommend this hotel! |

| This hotel was fine and had just what I needed for the price. A bit far away but then again I booked it for graduation weekend at UNC and it was the only thing within my budget. |

| I would stay there again. Wasn't the best Extended Stay I have been in but it was good and staff was friendly. clean linens and towels. |

| bed cover were stained, had not been washed or replaced, smoke detector had been removed, was told i could move to another room, the did"t seem to understand if one room burns all will burn |

| Cozy and clean, it was five minutes from Duke U, and seconds from I-85. It was also very affordable and I would stay here again. |

| This hotel was in a great location, plenty of places around it. It is older and a little run down. You get what you pay for. Room was comfortable, shower was clean, just older. Front desk help was very nice. |
