| The suite was was we reserved so that was good. The bathroom especially tub was rusty and black mildew on the grout. Not a pleasant tub to showere in!! |

| The front desk needs a little re-training on customer service. At check in, the girl made a personal joke that really wasn't appropriate for someone you don't know. I had a broken coffee maker in my room and I asked to have it replaced. The girl forgot to look for one, so six hours later, it was finally replaced. The dvd player was not hooked up correctly and couldn't be used. The excuse given by the front desk is that there were no maintenance guys on duty, so there wasn't really anything they could do. For the price and location, tho, it was passable stay. |

| The wireless internet that is not free but you are charged per day is dismally slow. It takes a page 5 minutes to load. The same is the case for the business center which needs to be hard wired. It's connected by wireless and the speed is dismal. PLEASE CHANGE, THIS POINT IS A DEAL BREAKER WILL NOT STAY IN A PLACE WITH SLOW WIRELESS INTERNET. |

| Rates are good for the area. Staff very professional and friendly. Comfortable, quiet room. |

| Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could be a bit more clean but they are comfortable. Insufficient cookware. Good restaurants nearby. |
