| What a nightmare! I was billed three times for my room here and the last billing caused my bank account to go into overdraft and incur a penalty that was almost as much as the cost of the room. (So you could really say quadruple-billed) I've called the hotel three times trying to resolve the charges and didn't get so much as an apology! (The second time I called, I was put into a manager's voicemail. After four hours with no return call, I called back and was told she had been "in a meeting all day." How professional and convenient.) Following a third conversation with a different manager, I was given the number to the Charge Dispute department at my bank for me to call. I just got off the phone with them and guess what? My card has been canceled while they send me a new one and I may get a call from their fraud investigator!?!? Thanks Hilton Garden Inn -Southpoint, very hospitable© ! |

| Most motels now offer a free breakfast either bagles, toast, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc.
For just bagels, and toast and a drink they charge $7.95 . . . a little ridiculous.
If you wanted eggs, etc the price was $10.95.
With this in mind, you have to add this breakfast cost to the room cost. Once you do that you are better able to compare rates with other motels |

| This was a very enjoyable stay. The staff and facilities were great. The breakfast wasn't all that great, so I just didn't eat there. Lots of great eateries in walking distance, great shopping mall across the street, easy access to the interstate. I would stay there again. Great hotel. |

| Extremely clean, quiet and large room. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it's a bit on the expensive side. I'm borderline about whether it was worth the money or not. Granted, we stayed there during commencement weekend, so I imagine prices are pretty inflated. |

| The hotel was clean, well-kept and convenient to shopping and Research Triangle Park. The indoor pool was great for the kids. Although the indoor pool was small, we had it all to ourselves most of the time. The service was impeccable, too. |
