| I had a marvelous time staying in this hotel. It was right across the street from a fabulous mall as well as tasty restaurants. Any issues that I had with the hotel were dealt with promptly and I was satisfied with the customer service of the staff. They were very friendly and made sure that our stay was spectacular. |

| Everyhting was great but the only complaint is that the pillows were horrible (very hard). Maybe investing in some down pillows would be great. |

| We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We will definitely stay there again. The only negative thing was that the 3rd day and after the waste baskets were not emptied and the carpets were not vacuumed. |

| The Hilton Garden Inn at Southpoint was in a great location for our needs. Friendly staff with wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. |

| We were in the area to visit colleges, and found the hotel to be very conveniently located - almost equidistant from the two schools we were looking at and the airport. It also was directly across the street from a huge mall, which was a great selling point for our 17 year old daughter. Service was excellent. When we acknowledged getting lost on the many freeways in the area, the person at the front desk gave us an area map and the hotel card so we could call if we got lost again. |

| The only problem I had was another guest. They had a family reunion and apparently decided to put their kids(5 years up to teens) in rooms by themselves. One of these was adjacent to my room and had an adjoining door that they kept knocking on. When I complained about the kids running from room to room and knocking on our door, the desk clerk promptly moved us to another room away from this. When I was checking out, the clerk asked how our stay was and upon hearing about our problem he gave us a coupon for our breakfast buffet. It was quite good. Omelets made to order, pancakes waffles french toast... the works. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. I only wish that people wouldn't leave their kids unattended like that. |

| Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Lots of electrical outlets for chargers, laptops, etc. Poor "business center" very slow internet. No room safes! (and this is a new hotel, barely 2 years old) |

| The hotel is poorly signed so when we arrived on a dark, rainy night, we almost turned into a wrong way street. There is a left turn lane, but it is for u-turns only, which is hard to see at night.
The room was very nice. The hotel charges a lot for breakfast, sundries, and snacks. The desk staff is not helpful in suggesting alternatives for dining. All else was fine. |

| The Staff were wonderful. Patrick was very helpful. Breakfast was yummy with made to order menu. Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and the location could not have been better!! |
