| Overall we were quite satisfied with the size of the room, 2 queen size beds and price. However, the air condition is very loud and we could not turn it off since the windows cannot be opened.
We mentioned this to the receptionist when we checked- out and were told that we were not the only ones to complain. Not sure if I can recommend the hotel for the simple fact, that we did not have a good night's sleep. |

| Excellent location and great staff. Team rearranged a few things so we could have adjoining rooms for kids. Perfect place to stay with visiting colleges especially Duke - only 10 minutes away. Only downside was the heat wasn't working in one of the rooms, but I didn't complain - to be fair - I didn't give them a chance to fix the problem - so I still gave them four stars.
Perfect place to stay if you are doing the collefe tours.

| During my stay , through hotel Internet. My computer was hacked and through my husband email was send letter to his contact list and asked for money . One of my husband's student has send money to hacker . I really don't know how to handle the mess which was created throught hotel's Internet ! Really who is responsible . I used Internet as convent service offered by hotel |

| They had a rather large drywall construction project going in the lobby area during my two-night stay. It was tacky, and the interior of the hotel just felt aged and worn. Could have paid half the price to stay at a budget hotel for the same interior style and quality.
The room itself was comfortable enough, though--and the bed was nice. However, the air conditioning system was noisy and kept me awake with all its various noises. Shower was nice but the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. I give it a solid "3" overall, but not the 3.5-4.0 star average from prior ratings. |

| The lounge in the hotel must be an excellent place to go if you live close by. They party in the lounge, party in the lobby and party in the halls so you do not get any sleep. Very nice place but for the price, should have had security to keep the party-goers in the lounge. |

| Not too much around, but if you need to visit the area, it was decent enough. The food and service in the restaurant could be improved, but overall not bad. |
