| We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of variety. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping, eating, university siteseeing and expressways. |

| The room was a smoke room. It smelled like smoke and air-freshener. I had to wash all of my clothes when I got home. I'm a non-smoker, but because it was the last room available in an excellent location, I reserved it.
Other than the smoke odor in the room and my clothes (my fault for reserving a smoke room), it was an good hotel in an excellent lo cation. |

| My family and I stayed one night for my mother's funeral. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They not only gave us a late checkout, but allowed us to come in even after that hour to change clothes after the funeral. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens and various pillows types from soft to firm (that were actually labeled on the pillow cases.) The temperature in the room was easily adjusted to our comfort and the shower was hot and strong. The only thing that was out of sorts was the phone. The phone had buttons for wake-up calls and such that were not working. I asked the next morning about that and they said that all I had to do was hit zero for the lobby, but they would check to make sure the phones were not malfunctioning.
All-in-all, it was a very positive stay in a very difficult time. Our thanks go to the staff and management! |

| After reading reviews of other hotels in the area, many commented on the rude behavior of the front desk staff. So, I was nervous checking in and what a surprise! The young woman was extremely friendly (name begins with Q) and so very helpful. That being said, the room was fantastic, clean, quiet, comfortable - may have cost a few more dollars than other properties, but WELL worth it. Thanks for a great stay in Chapel Hill! Will definitely be back! |

| Have been going to Chapel Hill for 6 years now-beginning with a college visit and continuing with post-grad activities. This is the first hotel we check every time. Staff is wonderful (Go Darius!) and the rooms always comfortable and clean. Great location too. |

| Front desk clerk was very helpful and recommended the perfect restaurant near UNC's campus, where we really could experience the school spirit and eat good food that was reasonably priced. Rooms were large and comfortable. Complementary breakfast offered everything; it was quite an amazing and impressive spread. Ice makers were convenient. Only minor criticism was that pool facilities were disappointing and hallways were narrow and at times noisy with guest traffic, but it did not keep us awake. I would undoubtedly stay there again. |

| Good location if you want to visit locally or overnight while traveling and need a place to stay close to 40.
Breakfast basics tasted good. I did Mott care for hot items aside from pancakes. |

| Our only complaint was that we drove by the entrance, even with the GPS lady yelling at us! The shrubbery is nice, but it obscures the hotel, and the driveway it shares with the Hampton Inn is marked only with the sign for the Hampton Inn. All in all, however, we were glad we found it. The rate was reasonable, the room was fine, and staff were friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was much better than most. |
