| This motel is conveniently located near Duke University. The staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was filling.
I will be returning to Duke in a couple of months and looking forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Express. |

| Deuxième séjour, la chambre au 2ème étage. Extrêmement bruyant suite à la proximité de l'autoroute.
Le séjour précédent, chambre au 4ème étage, était plus confortable. |

| It was very close to Duke University Hospital which was our reason for being in Durham. The front desk staff and everyone we came in contact with working at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was pleasing and plentiful and the accommodations for a Handicap room connected to our room made it very accessible for us to take care of my 89 year old dad. |

| The hotel was pretty conveniently placed for what we needed to do, and the staff was very helpful! Would definitely stay here again. |

| Internet was down so I couldn't work from the hotel. Front desk didn't even know the internet wasn't working until I brought it to their attention, and they didn't seem to believe me. Eventually other guests complained, but the front desk was very rude and did nothing to resolve the issue. I know they didn't do anything because they said so. Front desk the next morning was nice though. Perhaps management put rude people on the night shift. Also, the shower heads were great, but the mattress wasn't. |

| We stayed in a king bed non-smoking room. The room was well appointed, large, and comfortable. Everything in the hotel was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and full of fluffy towels. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room, as well as ironing board and hair dryer. The staff was very friendly. The area was industrial, so you had to drive if you wanted to go out to eat, but that was fine. The hotel is right next to the highway, which was convenient. We had the fan on in the room all night - a quiet fan - and we were not able to hear traffic noise from the freeway. The bed was very comfortable, even for a traveler in 3rd trimester of pregnancy! The bed had a firm foundation with a soft top. The pillows were plentiful and nicely squishy. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. |

| The Hotel was one of the best that I have stayed at. Me and my two kids and our cat had a wonderful stay during the hurricane. The breakfast was just what the doctor ordered compared to other places we have stayed. As a matter of fact one of my friends stayed at another hotel just down the road and had a horrible time and wished he had stayed at the same hotel with us |

| Nice hotel with great breakfast. Clean and well managed. Less than 2 miles from Duke Univ. - great for visiting parents. |

| This was my second stay at this hotel, and I am sure it will not be my last! This will be my first choice everytime we visit Durham.
The facility is clean, the staff (especially the security) are friendly and inviting. Lovely decor and the breakfast is great! Thanks Holiday Inn Express! |
