| Even though the hotel is kind of out of date I must say it was very clean. The bed were very uncomfortable but I guess that is what I expected. My boyfriend and I was there for only one night so it was okay for what the price was. I must say I do love the kitchen in the rooms and they were very clean as well. When I come back in town I would think about staying at the Homestead again. |

| For the price it couldn't be beat. I appreciated the convenience of a fridge, stove, and microwave. My only issue was that the bathroom was large, but the shower was small. Great value for an extended visit to family. |

| At a cheap rate, I was not disapointed. I knew going in at this rate the beds would be a little lumpy and the carpet may have a stain or two. All in all the room was clean and odor free. |

| Walking distance to resturants and shopping. Bring your hair dryer and toiletries with you. Enjoyed the full frig and microwave with the grandbaby. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. I staff there every visit to Durham. Close to family. |

| I have stayed at this hotel whenever I go to Durham which is about once a month. However the last few times that I have been here, I have been very disapointed with the quality of the rooms. this trip I asked for a "NON SMOKING" room, when I got in the room, it smelled like a bar that had been smoked in, the towels smelled of smoke. The quality sure has gone down with this hotel. I will be staying at a hotel down the street from this point moving forward. |

| The service was great, the location was further than where I wanted it to be, I had reserved a room at one place and they gave me a different place, further out, but overall it was good |

| This is an ok place if you just need crash for a few hours. I was inbetween flights and this was good for a few hours of shut eye. |
