| staff very friendly and helpful, room service great. rm with good view, quiet.......if you're looking to R & R this would b the place. distance from both cities, kinda out in no man land...but for me it was ok. king size bed very comfortable. close to airport. only thing, there was no kind of entertainment in the bar on Fri or Sat. think that would have been nice. |

| The hotel is in the midst of a minor upgrade so if you sleep late you might hear some construction noise. Also the elevator broke while I was in it but fortunately I was able to pry the doors open and get out. Restaurant was really good. Didn't get a chance to check out the free breakfast as it's not served on the weekend. Very close to RTP if you have business there. Also very close to airport and interstate. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would stay here again. Just don't get into the right hand elevator! |

| They seemed to be doing some maintenance, or something. Both saturday and sunday morning I was awaken by the sound of construction. But other than that, it seems to be centrally located, great service, friendly help, great room! |

| The place was first rate - the staff was helpful, it was well decorated, the bar and lounge areas were comfortable, and the rooms were terrific. Great value. Highly recommend! |

| I booked this hotel for my daughter and grand children to stay in Durham for a few nights between drop offs and pick ups for a local camp. They had the best time ever. They said that the hotel facilities were outstanding; the rooms were big, beautiful, and clean. Most importantly, the staff at the hotel treated my family with great care and kindness. I am very, very greatful. They have already been back once and I am sure they will go again. My husband and I plan to meet them nexttime! Thank You Marriott. |

| There is no sign of any kind to indicate their breakfast is 12.75!! It is set up like any other cont' breakfast at hotels across the country. It was good, but no where near worth 12.75 plus tax! You can't eat that much in breakfast food. Buyer be aware. The room was neat, but very dusty. It was okay for the money. Nice fitness room and indoor pool. I booked because the entire hotel is smoke free! |

| Needs Improvement. The Fitness Room which was located next to the pool was under construction. All of the exercise equipment was around the pool. Dirty with construction debre and electrical wires in water. |
