Recent Red Roof Triangle Park Review: "I checked-in after 8pm on a Sunday and foudn it discomfiting that the main lobby was locked and I would need to use a night check-in vestibule. The clerk was congenial and extremely helpful with info for several taxi and shuttle services. The tiny vestibule featured vending machines with soda, water and snack food. All rooms in this 3-floor motel are accessed from outside. I stayed in a centrally located 2nd floor non-smoking room which I found to be clean and the bed comfortable. Like many budget motels, it lacked the wall mounted hair dryer. I'm sure there are motels closer to RDU, but it was only a 15-minute ride to the airport at 7:30 Monday morning. For the traveler on a budget, it does the job."
