| Excellent stay! Was down for two day stay for UNC football game. Convenient to UNC Campus. Easy check in and out. Great room with everything you could need. Fabulous complimentary breakfast. Could not have been better. Highly recommend! |

| My room (a king suite) was nicely appointed and made for a comfortable and pleasant stay for a week- not luxurious, but certainly comfortable and more than adequate. Decor is attractive and unusually well-done for a chain hotel in this price range. The hotel is relatively new, so everything was in good shape. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a variety of offerings to meet most all tastes. My internet service was sporadic, causing some degree of inconvenience. Otherwise, no problems, and I would enjoy returning. This early 2011 visit was my second stay in less than a year. |

| I couldnt believe the luxury of the rooms in this hotel. It was clean, beautiful and it has a continental breakfast in the morning. Its pretty centrally located between Durham and Chapel, so if you have business in the area, this hotel would be a comfortable and easily accessible place to stay. |

| We loved this hotel. It was not your average, ordinary hotel room by far!!! It was more like a small apartment. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the Chapel Hill area. |

| I have traveled the world and stayed in great places. This is a very nice place and ranks up there as one of my favorites when I am visiting the Chapel Hill area. |

| While the hotel has all suites and, accordingly, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are very small and cramped. At a minimum, the bathrooms should be larger and have two sinks.
Getting the room made up each day became a problem. I suspect that they may be short on cleaning staff. |

| When my son's family and I checked in, we were both required to sign a statement promising not to be noisy or face eviction. We signed and laughed, saying there might be a few baby cries (a 20-month-old) or snores, but we certainly didn't plan to have parties. Our rooms were on the second floor. My five-year-old granddaughter--who weighs 38 pounds--had gone ahead with her mother. Her father and I were still in the hallway on the first floor. I heard and felt thumps overhead and said to him, "That's Amy in the upstairs hall." It seemed funny to me that we could hear that tiny little girl.
Well, it wasn't so funny later in the evening when we had a "complaint" visit from staff about noise in our room. I was indeed playing games with both little girls, and the staff member was perfectly nice, but CLEARLY the hotel's construction carries vibrations like a musical instrument! The hotel was lovely and comfortable, but the 'noise' restriction is unrealistic. A suggestion is placing families on the first floor! |

| This hotel is what you want when you are on the road. Well run, quiet, and most of all very clean. I have stayed in other "big" name hotels that could take a lesson from this housekeeping staff. |

| Nice breakfast buffet. I liked the flat screen TV with several HBO and music-only channels. Nice kitchen suite (though I didn't stay long enough to really use it). The hotel was quiet; I appreciated the noise policy they had, as in the past with other hotels I've often been booked next to some loud room full of 6+ people. No such problems here thank goodness.
My stay was short and business-related but if I was on vacation this would have been an even better experience. |

| My son and I stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. When we walked into the room, we wanted to move in! I have been to many hotels in this price range, none compare. The room was modern, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. When we were greeted at the desk, the gentlemen there were very accomodating and friendly. Everything about it was a great experience, highly recommended! |
