| I loved the hotel. My only concern is that I had to stay in a wheelchair Access room. I booked my reservation way in advance and could not quite understand way I was given this particular room. I called and asked for a regular room, but none were available all 3 nights that I was there. I was also charged an additional $30.00 on my bill. Not sure why but will inquired. Overall, I would stay there again. Near Southpoint Mall, WalGreens, Wendy's. McDonalds,The waffle house, etc you name it!! |

| Unable to check-in upon our arrival at 3:00 pm. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour until our room was ready. The front desk clerk, an older black gentleman, was very unfriendly, as though we were inconveniencing him. We were never offered any compensation for the delay or even an apology.
The room was nice and clean and good quality sheets. The mattress, however, was old and completely worn out and should have been replaced long ago. Very uncomfortable.
Coffee maker was broken and spilled coffee all over the counter.
Breakfast buffet was uninspiring: dried-out sausage patties and scrambled eggs. |

| I was verysatisfied with the courtesy of the staff. There was close access to the freeway and nearby restaurants. Comfortable stay and reasonable price! |

| at check in, though we had requested to be booked in rooms next to one another on line, my friend and I were going to have to stay in separate buildings. The hotel not only made sure we were next to one another, they upgraded our rooms so that we could be next door to one another. |

| I've stayed more than once, and it's generally a very good experience at a good rate.
This stay had a couple of quirks -- when I got into the room, the coffeemaker, heat (in North Carolina in May!), and, as I discovered at 5am, the alarm clock were all turned on. |
