| This is the only hotel we have ever been in where the rooms were still being cleaned all during the afternoon - 2:00 through 5:00 or later. Hearing the vacuum cleaner running all afternoon was a very big problem, as we were trying to take naps before going to dinner that night. In addition, we have a grandson who has autism, and he is scared of vacuum cleaners - the noise is just too much for him! We know they have to clean the rooms, but it does seem that they could do it earlier in the day - perhaps they were short - handed, but it was a real problem to us. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. |

| The hotel staff was very helpful with directions etc. The hotel room was a little small but fine for what we needed. Would recommend. |

| This hotel is right in the middle between Duke and UNC. They offer free shuttle service to both hospital and most locations within 5min away. The only downside is the club membership- they act like it's a big deal and you get a free happy hour service on the top floor and complimentary breakfast. In reality it's a few cheese plates. You still have to pay extra for wine and beer and the breakfast is lackluster. You'd be better off just paying 8$ for the awesome buffet downstairs. Wifi is free and good though- which isn't the case in all Sheratons. |

| For the amount of money this hotel was substandard compared to others in the area. Red Roof was better!
here are my main complaints!
NO DVD PLAYER
NO PAY PER VIEW
Nearest Blockbuster is almost 2 miles away
TOWELS WERE VERY SCRATCHY! very uncomfortable!
I just think for the name Sheraton, you should have a nice fluffy towel to take a shower with, and a way to watch movies. |

| My wife and I stayed for two nights, everything was great. It's one of the better hotels I've stayed at in terms of noise control. I know it was booked pretty solid and there were people on either side of us, but noise from their rooms was never an issue. I barely heard anything at all.
The room was nice, clean, and the beds were actually comfortable. A rarity these days it seems.
Nice place to stay, I would recommend it to anyone. |

| The people at check in were very friendly immediately upon our arrival. The lay out of the hotel is confusing and the hallways are very long. Our room was spacious and nice however, in the bathroom, our shower head was coming out of the wall and our fridge that we paid extra for stopped working. They did come very quickly to repair it however, the repairmen stated that it needed to be defrosted to work. Thankfully, nothing from our fridge spoiled (we had food for a pre-football game tailgate). The beds are comfortable and flat screen tv's are nice. We did try to use the pool however the bottom of the pool had a film on it like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the hotel is old but has been remodeled. Some short cuts did seem to have been taken. |
