Recent Sheraton Imperial Convention Review: "I travel quite a lot and have stayed at many hotels. I was so impressed with this hotel that I had to comment on my experience. This hotel embodied the Southern Hospitality spirit! From the very pleasant bellman to the server at the restaurant. The bellman greeted us at the door, offered to valet our car, took out bags to the room, and bought us back refreshments. While providing articulate conversation. The room was very clean, everything was laid out nicely. Bed was clean, and linen was soft. Room service was exceptional! Very prompt and the food was 5 star! Kudos to the chef! The Bar area was nice, updated and seemed inviting. The restaurant was nice and the variety was good. The chef making the custom omlettes and waffles was very courteous. The server was very friendly, helping to get directions for lost family that was going to meet us for breakfast. All of the staff were very hospitable, something a lot of hotels are lacking these days."

| The hotel is nice. It's not a 4 star, but it is a nice 3 star hotel. However, while we only stayed here for one night, our car got broken into in the hotel parking lot the morning of the check-out. The staff was very nice and very helpful; however, I will not stay there again. We found out the next morning that they have a free valet parking available but even the valet parks the cars right in front of the hotel. Our car was located in the side parking lot when it happened. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and there are a few restaurants located about 3-4 miles away. |

| Had a nice stay - very convenietly located to the airport. I am
a triathlete and had a run scheduled, but was unable to run on a treadmill because they don't have an exercise room. Instead, they informed me I could workout in the Gold's Gym next door for a $7 fee. Fail |

| The staff was polite. The room was clean. The service was prompt. The only thing missing was the fan in the bathroom as a result the bathroom was quite steamy. |

| This is the place to stay when in the Triangle area. We loved our weekend there. This hotel offers stellar service, extreme cleanliness, very comfy beds and a sophisticated ambience that we loved. The room was very chic and done in relaxing colors.
The bed was just right and the money spent on top linens was a good choice. We loved having our own Starbucks coffee in our room and wireless internet. The coffee shop and dining room are very accessible, fairly priced and upbeat.
I would definitely return to this great hotel. |

| The hotel is clean, well maintained and close to the commercial centre of RTP. However it is overpriced compared to many other local hotels and doesn't warrant the difference. |
