Recent Sheraton Imperial Convention Review: "I travel quite a lot and have stayed at many hotels. I was so impressed with this hotel that I had to comment on my experience. This hotel embodied the Southern Hospitality spirit! From the very pleasant bellman to the server at the restaurant. The bellman greeted us at the door, offered to valet our car, took out bags to the room, and bought us back refreshments. While providing articulate conversation. The room was very clean, everything was laid out nicely. Bed was clean, and linen was soft. Room service was exceptional! Very prompt and the food was 5 star! Kudos to the chef! The Bar area was nice, updated and seemed inviting. The restaurant was nice and the variety was good. The chef making the custom omlettes and waffles was very courteous. The server was very friendly, helping to get directions for lost family that was going to meet us for breakfast. All of the staff were very hospitable, something a lot of hotels are lacking these days."
