| Overall our stay was good, however, the pool is advertised as open. Yes, it was open, but it was filthy. I arrived with my three kids expecting to swim and we would not put a foot in the pool it was so disgusting! Everything else in the hotel was great - breakfast was excellent. |

| We recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to see a UNC basketball game. We have a 13 mo. old son and this hotel couldn't have been better. The convenience of have a kitchen and more space was a plus. The price was as cheap if not cheaper than any of the places we have stayed in the past but the hotel was much nicer. The breakfast in the morning provided a large variety. I can't see us ever staying anywhere else when we visit Chapel Hill in the future. I strongly recommend this hotel. |

| Very clean, comfortable room, and nicely decorated in room and throughout the hotel. Amenities were a plus, especially the kitchenette and breakfast bar. Only concerns were that the room heating system didn't seem to work properly (room didn't seem to heat to the desired temperature) and the water in the shower took several minutes (literally) to heat up. I wouldn't let these issues deter you though--the hotel was incredibly nice overall and I'd stay there again. |

| The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also quite good. However, the room had a very pungent odor and the TV's worked very inconsistently. |

| The breaker tripped arbitrarily while we were there, disabling the lights in the bathroom area. We called to the desk, and they said the box is somewhere behind one of the hanging pictures. Technically, it was not behind one of the three pictures, but rather behind the tall, heavy mirror. The alternative was waiting for maintenance to come by, and they didn't know when that would happen.
The sink was near the bed without a door or anything in the way, so you could hear your partner washing up from bed to the point of distraction.
HBO went out for the whole building while were there. It looked to be Time Warner's fault, and they couldn't cite when it might come back online. That isn't necessarily their fault.
The breakfast omelettes had really fake cheese in them, and the cranberry juice was Minute Maid, and seemed to be fake.
The room came complete with enough kitchen accessories to cook fairly simple meals. The fridge was mid-sized and could hold more than we could find to stuff into it. The laundry room was also good enough, but it only had a few washers and dryers. We got lucky when we did our laundry, but they were all in use by the time we were done.
The hallways were exceptionally bright. They had ceiling lamps every few feet. |
