| The hotel was close to the location of our many meetings. The hotel employees were very nice and seemed really willing to make our stay a comfortable one. The continental breakfast was a nice added bonus that we didn't expect.
The only thing that I personally didn't like was that bottom sheet was not a fitted one and kept coming off the mattress. I would recommend fitted sheets for the bottom mattress. |

| It was ok. The hotel was conveniently locatated off of the interstate and served its purpose, but it was definitely not nice. |

| This Super 8 was in a bad neigborhood. The very reasonable rate may make it worth a stay by some people who want a convenient location.
When I return I'll seek another location. |

| Not too bad for the price. It was exactly what I expected from a 2-star hotel: somewhat worn down and with only basic amenities. However, the price and location make it worth it. It is very convenient to Duke University's East Campus. If you want to stay cheap in Durham, this is a good choice. |

| Excellent price and very good location; clearly this is an older property and it needs some work, but it is pretty much what I expected for the rate. |

| Rug needed to be vacuumed, ceramic floor tiles in bathroom were loose and wobbled as you walked on them.
TV armoir showed plenty of wear dings, dents and scraches -- some of which could have been taken care of with some "dark stain" furniture polish and the overall appearance of the furniture would have looked 100% better.
This rental filled the need for a short term stay, convenient to the area, just off the highway which is why the room was booked. |

| Hotel is a good value for your buck. Close to Duke Medical and Downtown Durham. Rooms were clean, housekeeping friendly and helpful. |

| We came into town to see a concert at the Durham Performing Arts Center and to visit a friend in the Duke Medical Center.The room was clean and in decent shape.We were only about 4 miles from either destination,making it quite convenient.The staff was friendly.Overall,a great value for the price paid. |

| The price was good for this room and overall it was clean, pretty quiet, and accessible from highway. I did not have a car when staying here and it is over a mile to the nearest restaraunt or convenience store. There was one fairly significant negative about this hotel concerning potential safety. On one night of my stay the hotel was surrounded by about 20-25 police officers, presumably they were looking for someone at the hotel (I didn't stay outside to find out!). I don't know if this happens with any frequency or if I just happened to stay on a weird night, but this seemed a little strange. Besides this one incident the hotel was quiet and seemed fine. |
