| Although touted for a continental breakfast and shuttle to the airport, the breakfast did not start until 7AM and the shuttle on weekends did not start until 6AM. Neither was advertised that way and they don't work for a 6:15AM flight |

| Hello, We had good experience with the first night Front desk person. She was smiling, pleasant and very helpful.
That said, the girl at the front desk during checkout was in the corner playing with her phone. Never smiled and definitely was not helpful at all. |

| Was a great hotel! Couldn't believe the value... huge room, beautiful bathroom, and the breakfast buffet was better than most. Huge variety and very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel when I need to be in the area again. |

| We really appreciated the shuttle service.We were picked up at the car rental place at the airport and then we were delivered to a restaurant and picked up there when we were finished you don't get that many places. |

| Good clean hotel with sufficient morning breakfast. Only issue was when we had a fore alarm go off in the early morning the staff ( just the receptionist ) had no idea what was going on. No one came to wake anyone up on the floors and when we went to lobby, guests standing in lobby with no idea what was happening as no one could answer any questions. After fire engine came and checked all ok, still no -one to give the all clear and guests just went back to their rooms. Luckily there was no fire..... |
